General Policies

Booking, Cancellation, & Waitlist Policies

All bookings must be made through our website or studio booking platform.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified.
Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be permitted to enter class to ensure a smooth experience for all.
Members who fail to show up for multiple booked classes without notice may have their booking privileges temporarily suspended.

Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in advance for memberships, drop-in classes, and workshops.
Culture Studios reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing memberships will be notified of any changes.
If a renewal payment fails, members will be notified and access may be temporarily restricted until the issue is resolved.
A $10 dishonor fee may apply for failed payments.
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Culture Studios.

THINGS TO BRING
Props: At Culture Studios, we provide all the essentials for your yoga practice: mats, blocks, straps, pilates balls etc.

Membership & Class Policies

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Class credits and packages must be used within their expiration date.
Free class passes do not count toward paid attendance in profit-sharing models.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before class) will incur a $10 deduction fee.
No-shows will forfeit the class credit and may be subject to additional fees.
For no-shows in a free class, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Culture Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if policies are repeatedly violated.

Membership Suspension & Termination

Members may suspend their membership for a period of up to 30 days with prior notice.
Repeated violations of studio policies, failure to adhere to payment obligations, or misconduct may result in membership termination at the discretion of Culture Studios.
Members who wish to cancel must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Workshops, Events, & Special Classes

Tickets for workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Special discounts or member perks apply only to active memberships.
Culture Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
