Reformer Burn: Jumpboard Edition is a high-energy, full-body Pilates class that blends cardio conditioning, resistance-based strength training, and core-focused sculpting all powered by the Reformer jumpboard. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients, this dynamic session delivers low-impact cardiovascular work through plyometric-style movements, paired with classic Pilates control and form. Expect a powerful combination of jumpboard intervals, abdominal activation, glute work, and upper body resistance training all sequenced to build endurance, coordination, and total-body definition. Every movement is breath-led and posture-aware, challenging your muscular stamina while protecting joints and supporting spinal alignment. This Reformer Pilates class is ideal for clients looking to increase heart rate without high-impact stress, strengthen their core, improve agility, and feel a sustained burn from head to toe. You’ll leave sweaty, centered, and strong. Note: This class is for clients who have completed at least 2 Reformer Foundations classes or equivalent experience. Not suitable for first-timers. This is a joint friendly class and for anyone with existing injuries. P.S. Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes. For safety and hygiene, anyone without grip socks will not be permitted on the machine. Please bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk before class begins.

Cancellation Policy

Culture Studios Booking & Cancellation Policy All classes at Culture Studios must be booked in advance through our online system. We do not accept walk-ins or drop-ins — pre-booking is required for all mat, reformer, and specialty classes. You can book up to 14 days in advance, and payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Due to limited space, Reformer Pilates classes must be booked in advance, and each reservation secures one machine. These sessions tend to fill up quickly — please book early. If a class has fewer than 3 participants, we reserve the right to cancel. In such cases, you’ll receive a full class credit, and you’ll be notified at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the start time to receive a full class credit. We do not offer refunds. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will incur a $10 fee, with the remaining amount returned to you as a class credit. No-shows are not eligible for credits. Unlimited Membership More than 3 late cancels or no-shows per month may result in limited booking access. Class packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Free trials (if offered) are for new clients only. Health & Liability Disclaimer By participating in any class, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Culture Studios and its team are not liable for injuries, accidents, or physical issues that arise during or after class. It’s your responsibility to monitor your limits and inform your instructor of any concerns. If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your instructor immediately. Participation in both reformer and mat classes is entirely at your discretion. Media Consent & Studio Etiquette We occasionally film or photograph classes for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to be included, let us know before class. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and respect the space, equipment, and fellow members. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. By booking a class, you agree to all terms listed above.
