Strength & Sculpt is a dynamic reformer Pilates class inspired by modern strength training. Built around progressive resistance and intelligent programming, this strength-focused reformer class is designed to challenge your body in a new way each week so you keep building, not plateauing. Unlike a traditional Pilates class, Strength & Sculpt borrows the logic of contemporary strength workouts: structured progression, athletic conditioning, and intentionally layered movement that gets harder as you get stronger. Every class delivers a full-body workout, but the emphasis rotates week to week between upper body strength, lower body power, core endurance, athletic conditioning, and total-body integration. That variety is the point it keeps the experience fresh, keeps your muscles adapting, and keeps progress measurable. This strength reformer Pilates class is ideal for anyone who wants more than gentle, traditional Pilates. If you're a strength-training regular curious about low-impact work, or a Pilates client ready for a tougher, more athletic challenge, Strength & Sculpt meets you there. You'll build strength, improve stability, and move with more control and confidence without the joint impact of conventional weight training. Cancellation Policy
Culture Studios Booking & Cancellation Policy All classes at Culture Studios must be booked in advance through our online system. We do not accept walk-ins or drop-ins pre-booking is required for all mat, reformer, and specialty classes. You can book up to 14 days in advance, and payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Due to limited space, Reformer Pilates classes must be booked in advance, and each reservation secures one machine. These sessions tend to fill up quickly please book early. If a class has fewer than 3 participants, we reserve the right to cancel. In such cases, you’ll receive a full class credit, and you’ll be notified at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the start time to receive a full class credit. We do not offer refunds. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will incur a $10 fee, with the remaining amount returned to you as a class credit. No-shows are not eligible for credits and there will be a $10 charge. Unlimited Membership More than 3 late cancels or no-shows per month may result in limited booking access. Class packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Free trials (if offered) are for new clients only. Health & Liability Disclaimer By participating in any class, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Culture Studios and its team are not liable for injuries, accidents, or physical issues that arise during or after class. It’s your responsibility to monitor your limits and inform your instructor of any concerns. If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your instructor immediately. Participation in both reformer and mat classes is entirely at your discretion. Media Consent & Studio Etiquette We film or photograph classes for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to be included, let us know before class. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and respect the space, equipment, and fellow members. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. By booking a class, you agree to all terms listed above.
